Certain services require a non-refundable booking deposit. This booking deposit or fee is to book your event date. If you cancel your event for whatever reason you will forfeit this booking deposit fee, hence, non-refundable. Our general business depends and relies on service bookings and if you book our services for a specified date and then cancel the date we would have lost a date that could have been allocated to another prospective client.

We are working on a credit/debit card facility which is in the pipeline. Avoid direct cash deposits into our bank account as it is expensive, if this is the case the client will be liable for additional administrative and banking costs.
