Audxtreme™ “mobile services”, means we do not have a fixed services address, we bring the services to your selected venue.
No, at this stage Audxtreme™ does not hire any equipment, however, we do have an audio technical engineering service which includes audio and light equipment for mobile disc jockeys (DJs) only.
No, quotations are non-negotiable, however, we will endeavour to match or better any official written quote by a registered company or service provider which will be subject to our vetting of the said written quote and company.
In order for us to quote you correctly and save you money, it is a requirement by Audxtreme™ and its policy that you complete a form. By supplying us with the correct and accurate number of guests expected at the event, we use an international audio formula to calculate the required amount of sound projection for your venue. Inaccurate information can directly impact your final quote amount.
Certain services require a non-refundable booking deposit. This booking deposit or fee is to book your event date. If you cancel your event for whatever reason you will forfeit this booking deposit fee, hence, non-refundable. Our general business depends and relies on service bookings and if you book our services for a specified date and then cancel the date we would have lost a date that could have been allocated to another prospective client.
Currently, we only accept Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) into our business bank account, we do not accept cash at any of the events or venues. We are working on a credit/debit card facility which is in the pipeline. Avoid direct cash deposits into our bank account as it is expensive, if this is the case the client will be liable for additional administrative and banking costs.
