Our packages are meticulously crafted to align with globally recognized industry standards and tailored to accommodate the specific number of guests attending your event. This strategic approach ensures a cost-effective solution while offering the flexibility to enhance your experience through additional services or equipment, available as Value-Added Services (VAS). This modular structure allows for seamless customization, enabling you to select the perfect combination of services to elevate your event. By design, our packages provide a comprehensive foundation, allowing you to expand and personalize your experience through carefully curated VAS offerings.

  • 1 x Setup Location.
  • Guests: 51 – 150.
  • Compulsory Audio Technician + Assistant.
  • Complete setup and takedown.
  • Delivery to and from the venue.
  • Hours Included: 7hrs.
  • Audio: Up to 6 x Speakers with Amplification to cater for up to 51-150 guests.
  • Party Lighting: 2 x Ultra-violet (UV) Bar, 1 x Multi-function Beams, Strobe and Laser head, 1 x Multi-Par head, 1 x Mushroom head, 1 x Fogger/smoke machine, 1 x Robot head.
  • Own DJ Controller Required (Bring Your Own Device – BYOD).
  • 1 x Mixing Board.
  • 2 x Wireless Microphones.
  • All stands, audio cables and power cables.
  • *Travelling: 0-30 km: Free.
  • **Additional Hours: R 750.00 ph.
  • ***Additional Party Effect Lighting and up-lighting are available as a Value Add at extra cost.
